                                              Ongoing Monitoring and Program Requirements

To ensure safe and effective results, the following monitoring and follow-up protocols are in place:

  • Monthly in-person visits are recommended for weight checks, vital signs monitoring, and clinical evaluation.

  • Remote monitoring may be available for qualifying patients, including the option to submit monthly weight updates via secure communication channels.

  • Routine blood work (CBC, CMP, TSH) is recommended every 3 months while on medication.

  • A signed informed consent will be required prior to starting treatment, ensuring full understanding of the program, risks, and benefits.

  • All pricing and treatment options will be clearly explained and discussed during the initial consultation.

  • Flexible payment plans may be available—please inquire during your visit.
